Over these two jam-packed days, the topic of Digital and Online Tourism will be discussed, and held in Florence, with over 6,000 participants. The 7 main themes of the eighth edition of the BTO will be:

Michael is not just the CEO of Zeppelin but is also the mastermind behind most of our successful products. Through research and thorough analysis of the online customer journey undertaken by each potential guest, Michael has managed to develop - together with a motivated team of Zeppelin - a revolutionizing selling process: ReGuest.
Throughout his presentation, Michael will explain the different elements of the customer journey and will then concentrate on the step of the purchasing decision and the purchase itself. In addition to this aspect of know-how, the intervention will reserve an appropriate highlight, where we will call one of our clients onstage; Chief Revenue Manager: Pierpaolo Manca, of the group of hotels featured in the stunning Baja Sardinia; he will go on to reveal how his team has been able to increase the rate of all reservations and bookings.

How to strategically place and advertise a product club on the web: The Vitalpina Hotels Alto Adige

Johannes, our marketing and Web marketing director will present the new portal of the Vitalpina Hotels Alto Adige. Recently the hotel group relaunched its site. During the relaunch, different interesting topics were addressed, as well as the importance of ensuring continuous success of the portal.
We focused on Digital Branding to position the brand on the web. Johannes will explain the importance of proper positioning for both the Vitalpina Hotel and for that of your brand.
Then our focus will shift to a topic of which today, is more relevant than ever: Content marketing. Thanks to a myriad of statements and content--a real added value for the user--our client was able to create a strong bond with users. Last but not least, we will address the issue of conversion optimization.
