Teamwork, one of the leading consulting firms in Italian tourism, has initiated the Hospitality Day
as a self-improvement event
. The perfect place to discuss new trends and exchange ideas with marketing experts, advisors and contractors. Participation is free, and the goal is clear: to convey this knowledge to you, in order to work even more efficiently and earn even more.

The grand finale of the evening is comprised of a phenomenal Aperitivo on the roofed over terrace of the Palacongressi in Riccione. At the same time, this Aperitivo is the perfect occasion, in order to celebrate the winners of the Hospitality Social Awards

TTG –October 8-10 in Rimini
The following day we are at the international B2B Tourismuspress TTG in Rimini. 60,000 vistors from around the world are expected to attend the largest tourist in Italy.
Also part of TTG is TTG Next
, an area of about1.200 m2, which is dedicated to the Innovation of Tourism – Product- und Serviceinnovations as well as newTechnologies. This „Innovation Village“ is the meeting place for for Startups und Tourism Enterprises, in order to discuss new business options. We have faith in the skills of the Italian hosts, the technologies, and the tourism. That is exactly why we support TTG Next as Top Partner
Aside fromt the lectures provided by Startups there will also be a presentation of the „Osservatorio Digitale del Turismo“ (Study of digital Tourism) on top of the TTG Next stage, by Politecnico from Mailand. Immediately afterwards we will present our model of the digital Customer Journey, and its potential related to winning and retaining customers.
