Using our experience with ReGuest as a starting point, we asked ourselves how we could support MICE-sales in the quotation process. How can we create quotes that at same time as making it easier for the hotel to create them?

Once the quote is sent, the real work begins. Customers have a multitude of questions which must be answered as quickly as possible. Only if you do this will you get a step closer to the booking.
Our answer is Messenger. More and more often on web-sites or online shops, we come across integrated chats, which make the buying process easier for the customer and support customers with advice. The customer interacts directly with the hotel via Messenger. Interaction is straightforward. This creates proximity to the customer.
 
ReGuest MICE follows
Has the customer received the quote? Has he got more questions? Often it is necessary to dig deeper. ReGuest MICE has an automated follow-up. That means that if a customer does not answer or book, the App automatically asks if he has any questions.
